Challenge is committed to protecting the privacy and security of the personal and health information of the people we support. We follow all applicable federal and state laws, including HIPAA, to ensure information is handled appropriately and respectfully.
People receiving supports have the right to access their information, request corrections, understand how it is shared, and raise concerns about privacy practices.
Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains these rights and how information may be used or shared. Copies of the full notice are available upon request or can be downloaded below.
