Social Work
Licensed masters-level social workers provide evidence-based treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma and other mental health conditions to individuals with developmental disability and Autism Spectrum Disorders. They work with individuals, families, groups and interdisciplinary teams to develop coping skills and enhance quality of life.
Our affiliate, Mozaic, is now offering Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and Social Work Counseling at their satellite Clinic our Danby Road offices! As a chapter of The Arc New York, Mozaic has been providing high-quality services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Seneca, Cayuga, Yates, and Ontario counties for decades, and has been allied with Challenge since 2021.
Vocational Rehabilitation
Our Rehabilitation Counselors assist and support individuals with the process of vocational exploration, and the development of those skills and abilities that will increase the likelihood of obtaining and maintaining employment. Counselors can also support individuals who chose to be productive and to provide a service to others through volunteer activity.
