Corporate Compliance

Challenge maintains a Corporate Compliance Program in accordance with New York Social Services Law §363-d and 18 NYCRR Part 521. The Compliance Program is designed to prevent, detect, and correct fraud, waste, and abuse, and to promote ethical conduct across the organization.

Chalenge encourages anyone to report suspected compliance concerns, including fraud, waste, abuse,
or unethical conduct.

Non-Retaliation

Challenge strictly prohibits intimidation or retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation.
