Phillip (PJ) Yudt resides in the Poconos with his daughter Savannah Yudt who will be attending Bloomsburg University this fall. PJ has worked for Keystone Independent Management for 35 years. Keystone manages several nonprofit blind associations in and around the Philadelphia area as well as in Western Pennsylvania and employs approximately 600 people. Keystone manufactures digging and striking tools, operate a mailroom for the Department of Defense and provide Total Property Management for the welcome centers and rest areas in Western PA. They also provide snow removal, lawn services and custodial contracts for government agencies across the Commonwealth. In addition to these services, Keystone also manufactures 1ply toilet tissue for all the correctional facilities in PA and safety helmets for the Navy.

As the Senior Vice President of Operation and Facilities at Keystone, PJ has worked with many State and Federal procurement officers through our State Use Program under Uniquesource Products and Services. On the Federal side, he has worked with the Abilityone program through National Industries for the Blind and SourceAmerica.

PJ is looking forward to serving as the President of the Board for Challenge Workforce Solutions and bringing his expertise to support Challenge’s effort in providing financial and mission sustainability for many years.

Carol Carr has been CEO of ACHIEVE since 2004. Other professional experience in the Human Services arena includes serving as Executive Director of a non-profit agency addressing the needs of severely abused and neglected children and serving on various non-profit Boards of Directors while working in the industry.

She has served in the capacity of executive management positions for over twenty years. In the for-profit arena, Carr’s background includes tenures with both IBM and Xerox Corporation inclusive of international business development. Carr has held memberships in ABWA, San Jose Chapter, and served as Rotarian President, Fremont, CA Chapter. While living in the Bay Area, Carr served on the San Jose Economic Council, focused on the development of small, minority-owned business ventures. Nationally, she served as the President of the National Council of SourceAmerica Employers (NCSE). She has been recognized for her merger of the Excel Group, Inc. with the Yuma W.O.R.C. Center, Inc.

During her tenure with ACHIEVE, Carr served on the Arizona Department of Administration, State Set-aside, the Arizona State Rehabilitation Committee (SRC), and where she chaired the Employment and Community Partnership sub-committee. Prior to fulfilling her SRC office term she successfully completed published the Arizona Employer Resource Guide for employing individuals with disabilities. She served on the Arizona Association of Providers for People with Disabilities (AAPPD) executive committee and was Board Chair for two years. Carol also served on the SourceAmerica Board of Directors for eight years. Carr previously served as an adjunct faculty for the University of Phoenix where she taught the business curriculum for undergraduate and graduate studies. Carr’s Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix was completed in 1992.
